Reclaiming Our Own Transcendence

Rosa, a Harlem native, is currently an English professor at a Bay Area college. She has spent years researching and writing on the effects of trauma. After moving to East Oakland, she realized that there are insufficient resources outside of the criminal justice system for individuals who have been harmed and for individuals who acknowledge that they have harmed others. She created her business to provide workshops and trainings to these communities. As her company grows, she plans to offer sensitivity trainings to larger organizations.
